Your reservations are confirmed with the 30% prepayment of the total. The rest must be paid 45 days before the tour begins. If your payment is within the 30 days of the trip you will be asked to pay the full ammount.
In order to confirm your chosen holiday a deposit of USD 1000 minimum is required or full payment if the total cost of the trip is below this amount.
The flight tickets will be issued after the receipt of the whole trip's balance paid by the passenger. The advance deposit is needed to book the flights but can't be used for its issue. If the passenger wishes to have the tickets issued at once, he'll have to pay the tickets entire price with the advance deposit.
1-Once you confirmed your trip we will send you a Pre booking Invoice by email, where the total price will be detailed. Once the payment is confirmed you must send us by email or fax the transfer receipt given by your Bank as well as the Pre booking Invoice signed.
2-Once the Pre booking invoice is signed and the payment is confirmed we will start with the reservation procedure regarding the services requested by the passenger.
3-Once the reservations are confirmed we will send you a document including the detail of services confirmed, as well as a list of the hotels.
THE PAYMENT
The payment must be confirmed by wire transfer or credit card. The cost that the transfer may have is in charge of the passengers, consequently the total amount must be read in the Bank receipt.

3. Complete your credit card data and make a payment. Once the transaction is confirmed you will get your receipt.
